If you buy from a non-official reseller you will not have a post-sale warranty support. We are getting requests like this every week. People contact us with same question: "I bought my box from so and so because he had the lowest price on ebay/amazon/aliexpress and now when my box doesn't turn on or blocked the seller is nowhere to be found." I can list those ebay and amazon sellers who are in the top search results who promise free support and free forever love in their listings but as soon as a couple of months pass and the return period is gone, their love is gone too.

When this happens z3x team will not help you due to their strict warranty policy. They will tell you: "Talk to your reseller".  Ebay/amazon will not help you cause it has been 5-7 months since you paid and their guarantee is gone with the wind.

What comes in the box

4. 1/2 year manufacturer warranty support. Which means

- If anything happens to the box (from my 9 year experience of doing business with z3x it happens often) you need to simply return the box to our USA location, we will send you a working box back.

- If the box is blocked (which happens from time to time as well, say if they suspect you of sharing you z3x box via USBredirector or some other reason) your reseller is the only one who can unblock it.
