Very Rare Antique Solid Oak Houlton & Grant LTD Wooden Stool, made by the Shop, Office & Bank Fitters: Houlton & Grant LTD of 71 - 73 Beverley Road, Kington-Upon-Hull.

I would say/think this Stool is well over 100 years old, they do not make stools like this anymore.

It has been well loved by us, it has plenty of character & charm. Please look at all the photos as they are part of this items description.

It has been lightly restored & all the joints have been re-glued. The wood has been bees waxed & from time to time it will need more bees wax rubbed in to the wood surface. I will re-wax it just before it is sent to the new buyer. So when you receive it you may need to give it a rub / buff with a cloth.

This stool would of started life in the shop, office & bank fitters workplace, but now it would make a good addition to anyone's home.
