Vol 1 & 2 Shakespeare Tome with notes by Charles Knight. Leather Binding and steel illustrations. I have done some research but found very little except a similar listing saying they think they are from around the 1800's. The binding is still good and firm. The illustrations are beautiful. Pages still clear with the odd foxing. Volume 2 has some minor water damage to top corner which incredibly doesn't affect many pages. It's mainly to the outer edge of the paper not the inside. Please see photos. Books are around 15 inches x 12 inches. 3 inches deep.
