A really nice unique and authentic Indian arrowhead which is marked Clay Co. Ark 3 1/4" (actually it measures 3 3/8" long). Towards the base are what I would call side wings. The base is straight. One side has a couple of nicks. Please see the photos for details. The stone appears to be chert. A fine Native American arrowhead/spear point.
