This is a pair of Spy Gear Night Vision Goggles.  These are made by Wild Planet Toys in 2002.  They feature green neon goggles with two LED night vision lights on each side.  The lights open and close.  The elastic strap is adjustable.  These work, run on 4 AAA batteries and were never worn.  Comes from a smoke free home.  C2
