How can I transfer images from the thermal imaging camera to my PC?

Connect the device and PC with supplied Type-A to Type-c cable.

1. Turn off the USB cast screen.

2. Connect the camera to the PC.

3. Ignore “USB not recognized” and check the USB drive.

Note:For Macbooks, a Type-C to Type-A adapter is required

Can the thermal imaging camera detect pipes and insects inside walls?

With the HIKMICRO Viewer app:

1. Enable Save images to phone. Settings – General.

2. Click On-Device Files.

3. Click on an image and the Download button.

4. Check the pictures on the phone.

The device makes clicking noises and the screen freezes briefly. Is that normal?

lt is normal, the device will calibrate regularly to optimize image quality and measurement accuracy, The image pauses brefly while a 'click' is heard. lt oftenoccurs during startup or in cold or hot environments.
