The Dayton Audio Apollo 12LF is an 12" low frequency professional driver that is guaranteed to outperform the stock woofers in your PA system. A 400W power limit is achieved through the combination of a large ferrite motor, a 3" inside-outside wound voice coil with a fiberglass former, and extensive venting to increase power handling and reduce power compression. A treated paper cone with cloth accordion surrounds provides a neutral tone that is easy to tune, and a progressive spider helps keep cone excursion under control.

The Dayton Audio Apollo 12LF packs a lot of punch in a small package. Up to 3/4" P-P cone excursion lets the 12LF go lower and louder for longer. The large motor demands impressive control and allows a low Qt of 0.21, meaning this will shine in small vented enclosures.Â

An 8 ohm impedance means a pair can be used in as little as 2.3 cubic feet in a small footprint, high output design that handles 800 watts and extends into the low 40's reaching SPL's in excess of 127 dB!
