We process and ship all orders from our Elmhurst IL USA HQ. Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding national holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1 business day once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained.
Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day (excluding national holidays)

All orders placed after 2 PM CST will begin processing the next business day.

If you are located outside the continental USA (HI, AK, PR and other) - please contact us prior to ordering to obtain an accurate shipping quote. You will be contacted by one of our customer care representatives if any kind of problem has incurred with your order or payment.

In the event of merchandise damage or loss during transit, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. If you refuse any shipments from Chronotiempo.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

INTERNATIONAL

We ship worldwide.

Your packages may be subject to local customs fees and import duties. These charges are always the recipients responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Customs Authorities require us to record the cost of the item(s) on the customs form, even if the order is marked as a gift.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Chronotiempo Returns and exchanges are permitted within 30 days from the purchase date.

Watches must be unworn, unaltered and in original condition to be accepted for return or exchange. All packaging, all tags attached, instructions and warranties, as applicable, must be included with the return or exchange of a watch. If these conditions above are met, and the item is in perfect re-sell-able condition, you can return regular priced merchandise within 30 days from date of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We do not refund shipping charges. Once the returned merchandise has been quality checked and approved, Chronotiempo will issue a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Please note that it can take up to 5 business days to process the refund. It may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement. Returns or exchanges are NOT allowed on special order watches.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a shipping method that provides insurance and tracking services from providers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS for your return.

Before you send any merchandise back to Chronotiempo, you must fill out a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request and wait for an approved RMA number. You should receive your RMA number within one business day. To obtain an RMA number, please fill in all fields on the form. Upon receipt of your completed RMA request form, an RMA number will be issued and e-mailed to you with the necessary shipping instructions. No returns will be accepted without a RMA number. RMA shipments received must have an RMA number clearly visible on outside of the package.
