RETURNS


Return shipping : Buyer will be provided with a return shipping label and that dollar amount will be deducted from the refund.

Item must be returned within : 30 Days. Anything outside of 30 days from purchase date is not eligible for return.

Refund will be given as : Money back, we do not offer exchanges of any kind or partial refunds.

Returns sent back need to include a copy of the original invoice 

·         Previously installed parts, parts altered in any manner, or parts returned missing pieces that were a part of what was original sale, are not eligible for return or refund.

·        All other parts must be in a re-sellable condition. Must be in its original packaging, not having been installed, and the part number label not damaged if item has one. Buyer will be notified once a return part is received.

·         If eligible for return, we will process a refund, minus 20% restock fee. If it is deemed ineligible for return, Buyer will be notified immediately and will have 5 business days to provide either a shipping label for return or pay through an invoice sent for the cost of shipping and the ineligible return to be sent back. If the 5 business days pass without shipping provided by buyer, the part will be disposed of.      

Defective Returns:

Items that have been received that are defective, broken, missing pieces, wrong, or any other issues will need to have initial contact with us to determine if a UPS claim needs to be initiated. If a UPS claim needs to be initiated, you the buyer will need to initiate the claim with UPS as they require the ability to contact you, upload photos of issue(s) received, and may request photos in addition to being able to pick up the item for return.

UPS process for investigations is 1-8 business days. Once an investigation is opened you must be available to speak with UPS if they reach out to you in regard to the issue(s) with the package or they will not process the claim.
