This is a gorgeous Mid-Century Modern handblown Murano Art Glass Pheasant Rooster Bird. 

The body of the pheasant is a deep black shade infused with copper inclusions throughout. The crest, beak and applied eyes are a golden yellow color. The long fanned tail is an emerald green color that shimmers in the sunlight. The beautiful bird rests firmly on a flared clear base with a golden yellow core.
