Return Policy

Belameur dresses  accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, or defective we are required Don't remove tags. ..  merchandise for a full refund, excluding the $10 shipping fee, or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided that all original tags are attached.

Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, and with the tags intact. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to refusal.

If your return is rejected it will automatically be reshipped back to the customer. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.

Please note that items that have been altered are final sale and NOT eligible for Refund or Exchange.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Exchanges are free of charge and offer a complimentary shipping label. If an instant exchange is processed, you will have 30 days to return the dress before the card on file for the exchange is charged. The cost of shipping is complimentary for a single exchange, but customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on any additional exchanges.

Expedited shipping costs on your original order will not be refunded. UPS and FedEx do not guarantee any expedited shipping, except for Next Day/Overnight Shipping. Shipping costs will not be refunded for expedited shipping unless the item is lost by the carrier. Any original shipping charges paid are non-refundable.
