We cannot take any responsibility for loss or damage of items after the goods have been delivered. In case of seriously damaged package, DO NOT COLLECT IT and send it back to the sender, we will send you a new package.

Product Availability
The products listed on Ebay are available in our warehouses, but it may happen that due to a delay in updates or human error, the product goes out of stock. In this case we will contact you within 24 hours to agree on a product change or other, or an immediate refund.

Prices
The prices of the products displayed are VAT EXCLUDED and are intended EXCLUSIVELY for Customers residing in the UK.
Upon arrival of the package, the customer will have to pay the English VAT and customs duties (approximately 25% of the order value.

Camperflash undertakes to comply with the current legislation on distance selling, in particular the rules relating to the right of withdrawal. The Customer has 14 days from receipt of the goods to return the products which must be received by the seller in perfect condition, with any seals intact. The Customer must pay all return costs, including those of the English Customs

Shipping is carried out within 2/4 working days, from Monday to Friday via DHL courier. The delivery of the products will take place exclusively to the address provided by the buyer to Ebay, without the possibility of modification, in the times and ways provided by the express courier (we are not responsible for any delays due to the courier)

The tracking code will be sent by email on the day of shipment. If your package is stuck or in storage, we will notify you and do everything in our power to overcome the problem. Changes of destination after departure will be taxed as a new shipment.

When you receive the product, please test it immediately and inform us that there are no problems: if so, we ask you to leave Positive Feedback, always remembering that the feedback should only concern the behavior of the seller. If there are any problems, CONTACT US SO WE CAN SOLVE THEM.

Pursuant to Article 5 of Legislative Decree 185 of 1999, the customer has the possibility to withdraw from the contract/order stipulated on the Internet without any penalty and without the need to provide any explanation, in compliance with the conditions that follow.

The right of withdrawal lapses:

- For lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging, seals and/or its contents)
- Even partial use of the goods and any consumables
- The lack of the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging
- The absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts...)
- Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport

In the cases indicated above, we will return the purchased goods to the sender.

In order to exercise this right of withdrawal, within a period of 14 (ten) working days from receipt of the products ordered, the customer must send a communication via Ebay with the return request
