This Native Inuit Indian hand carved soapstone serpentine polar bear statue is a unique and beautiful collectible piece. The craftsmanship is evident in the intricate details of the carving. The condition is very good, with several small chips on bottom of feet.  The bear stands at 2 inches tall and is made in Canada by an unknown artisan. This piece is a representation of the Canadian Aboriginal culture and would make a great addition to any collection.
