I rate the condition of this comic as VF.  I am NOT a professional grader so I have included photos to help you choose a rating.  Rating Silver Age comics versus modern comics is a difficult task.  The comic lays flat, it has good color and gloss on the cover, the corners look sharp, the pages are supple and they have good color and the staples look good.  This comic would make an excellent add to your collection.  If you have any questions please be sure and ask.  The comic is bagged and boarded and it will be placed between cardboard for shipping.
