The Material is High Quality 3M Vinyl. Condition is "New". Shipped with USPS First Class. Size is approx 5 1/2” long and  1 1/2” wide.

Install with ease. Pull the backing off carefully center. Use a squeegee to scrape across and then slowly peel off clear transfer tape leaving just the black letters on the bass drum head.
