Mesh banners are printed on a polyester material that allows the air to blow through. There are crisscrossed fibers that you can see through to some extent, but it still has a printable surface. They are commonly displayed on construction fences or sports fences. We recommend using ball bungees to hang the banners to prevent the banners from tearing in the wind.
