This is a gorgeous pre owned Jones New York Country Women's Skirt Size 8 Lined Paisley 29 Waist with a Slit in the Back. There are belt loops but it does not come with a belt. It is lined and is very soft. Please see my store as I carry some gorgeous belts made from fabric and abalone shells which will go so well with this.
