The 6 pound heavy weight glass inkwell , the cubic swirl design indicates a Baccarat crystal inkwell, with swirl design, early 20s to early 30s, with a pewter lid. Unfortunately some Baccarat were unmarked.

This exquisite inkwell exhibits the mastery of Baccarat's workmanship. The molded crystal body is decorated in one of their Classic patterns. There is some dried ink in the bottom that I did not attempt to remove. There are some light buff scratches on the bottom from use over time. There is on chip on bottom corner. The closure has an aged patina there was no attempt to remove. The lid has a floral design that over years of use has softened and is not as sharp. It is just over 5 inches in height to top of lid and 4 inches wide.
