- Yodel for the majority of our orders. That is, orders up to 10kg and staying within mainland Britain. These parcels should only take 2-3 days to arrive. There is tracking so you can monitor your order's progress
- Royal Mail for orders over 10 kg or going beyond mainland Britain. This includes Scottish Highlands
- We are happy to advise on any dispatch timescale and its expected arrival.
All our open, loose, weigh out sweets are dispatched in heat sealed packaging for hygiene and freshness. Packaging is prepared in the same manner as for our customers that visit us in our shop premises. This can be viewed on our face book page sweetmania.crossgates

All items are dispatched with labels clearly showing their ingredients, any allergens and their best before date.

RETURNS
Due to hygiene reasons we can not accept returns that have already been opened.
In the event of a package being damaged while in transit photographic evidence is required. This is usually sought from the tracking photo supplied by the carrier. Though you may wish to support this with your own photos.
We will, at our discretion and consulting with you, either dispatch a replacement item or offer a refund, either partial or full.
If you are required to return your item this is at your expense.
Non-arrival of goods is a rare event but we know that it happens. In these cases we will check the tracking to attempt to find where the parcel may be.
Personalised labels We enjoy personalising our sweet packaging with a personal message of your choice. All you need to do is write your message in the information box.
We simply copy and paste your message therefore it is essential that your wording is spelt and punctuated correctly. We do our best to include emojis when selected.
We do not charge extra for this facility.
