Part #31 on the diagram is responsible for locking the removable Combustor (part #30) in place. It has a compressed Button Spring (part #35) underneath it to allow vertical movement when necessary. The Button is held in place by the Strap (part #34) and is sloped so that the Combustor may easily slide over it one way but prevent it from sliding off the other way. This feature also allows for an easy switch to and from Extension use.
