This 1978 Kentucky official highway and parkway road map was issued by the Department of Transportation in Frankfort. There are two different covers in 1978—one with colored drawing of a highway and one with a photo of a highway and a weather vane. This is the version with the photo of a highway and the weather vane. The map is in good original condition as shown in the photo.
