Send picture of the birthday boy/girl and ebay id to our email (found in the business seller information), after you have made a purchase.
UNLIKE OTHER SELLERS, our posters are printed on a 260gsm thick gloss paper (others are cheap 110gsm, really thin)
We use genuine HP 10 colour inks so our prints are vibrant, fade resistant.
We print all posters in house, so we are in complete control of quality and timescales.
If no photo is provided within 24 hours, we will print it without a photo.

Orders made and signed off by the cutomer before 1pm, will be despatched the same day via Royal Mail or Myhermes. Please note your item will only be posted out once artwork has been approved, if you are designing your own artwork, then your item will be sent directly to the printers for printing.
If you have ordered customised prints, then unfortunately we do not offer returns. If there are any problems with the prints, then please let us know within 24 hours of receiving the item. All prints are quality checked prior to it being sent out.
Once customer has agreed to sign off the artwork, artwork is sent to print instantly. No ammendments can be made after this.
