Nice looking dress earlier style from the 2000’s by Adrianna Papell. Fabric most likely polyester, but it’s breathable and sheer with lining. Beautiful baby blue color and sequin beaded empire waist. The bodice area is textured folded fabric and also padded so no need for a bra. Has a nice brushed swirl print fabric

It is marked a 4P size. The chest seems good for a B cup, maybe smaller C cup. It has a 34 inch bust and 26 inch waist. There is a size zipper that is invisible. Measures about 28 inches long underarm to hem.
