We ship all items as soon as payment clears. If items are purchased after 2pm, then they would be shipped the next day. Please check our item page for various shipping methods that we offer.

2. Goods will need to be signed for. Please give a delivery address where someone will be available.
3. If goods are returned to Maxking because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the carriage is not refundable.
4. In exceptional circumstances we reserve the right to use alternative couriers.
5. Saturday deliveries are at the discretion of the couriers, it is our experience that in most cases they do choose to deliver to residential addresses on Saturday mornings.:

Import Tax/Duty/Clearance Fee

The item will be shipped to you from our United Kingdom. The item is NOT subjet to customs import tax/fee if you are in the Eu .when it enters your country. By buying internationally, you are considered an importer. Therefore it is your responsibility in case there is some import tax/fee to pay.

Undeliverable Items

All of our items are sent via a recorded method of delivery. If an item can not be signed for upon delivery it will be held at your local sorting office. Items are not held indefinitely and will eventually be returned to us. You will be charged further shipping should you wish for the items to be re-dispatched. We attempt to contact all customers whose items are returned to us.
If you choose not to have the item re-sent the original amount charged for shipping will not be refunded.

The Website operates a fair policy of accepting returns provided the goods and their packaging are received back by us within 7 days in accordance with the following guidelines:-

1. Please advise us by email to within 7 days of delivery that you wish to make a return and quote your order number.
2. We will send you details of your returns number and the correct address to use.
3. Ensure the packaging and goods are returned to us in "as new" condition. Damaged or used goods cannot be refunded.
4. When the goods are received your Paypal/credit card will be credited with the cost of the item returned, minus the outward postage.
5. Should you choose to exchange your item, you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping costs. You will also be charged shipping for the replacement item.
