An annual event in Southwestern Oregon's Josephine County in the 1st part of the 20th century.

Long, handwritten (in pencil) LETTER on the reverse,

 dated 1903 (possibly 1913).

Difficult to read, but looks like it was sent from Holland to a recent visitor.

 20" x 12.5" (approx.) poster - 

generally excellent condition - 

 typical foxing, edgewear & noted writing on back.
