True Vintage 70's tunic style strappy top/mini dress, with attached capelet, by River Island.

Size tag states only UK & EUR sizing, so possibly UK made.

This top is in excellent condition. No visible flaws or stains.

It has an elasticized waist, and flowy lower skirt like portion that falls below the hip.

It could also be a mini dress, great with tights and GoGo boots, with a chain link belt.

It's in a Terra Cotta/ Pumpkin like shade.

The size tag states UK-12, EUR-38.

US size equates to an 8, so we're calling it a S/M
