Our entire Chassis range is designed to fit the body shell with a degree of accuracy to mirror the original chassis shape. Some Chassis have different body mount fixing points for improved performance and balance, other secure using the original molded fixing points on the body or are supplied with an adapter.

(THIS CHASSIS FIXES TO THE BODY BY THE ORIGINAL FIXING POSTS).

We found this model quite challenging getting everything to fit without either touching or rubbing on moving parts. Take your time filing and feltings to make the build work, for example   

Some Chassis filing is required... Use a lightweight interior, alternatively removes original interior material to give float to the motor mount. Optional… Remove original chassis side ducks to glue to body.

Push fit exhausts into chassis aperture. IT’S ALL A TIGHT FIT… Rear of exhaust can lock up motor mount movement; file to remove access material to help with pod float.

USE WING ADAPTERS OR IF THEY ARE GLUED CUT REAR WING AT BASE from original chassis, clean with sand paper for a push fit to new chassis aperture. gluING IS not necessary BUT OPTIONAL

Chassis are supplied with all the fixing Body Screws and Grubs for Axle adjustment and Axle Washers . Various Shims are also provided to adjust ride height for the body.

Customers all agree, there is a huge noticeable improvements in track performance compared to the original Chassis set-up.
