CHICKEN, BROCCOLI AND BROWN RICE BABY FOOD RECIPE


Ingredients

  • ½ cup (75 g) broccoli florets, steamed, and cooled

  • ¼ cup (45 g) boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked, diced, cooled

  • ¼ cup (45 g) cooked brown rice, cooled

  • 3 Tablespoon (90 ml) breast milk or your choice of alternative milk product

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the blade base.

  2. Start the machine, and increase to its highest speed. Blend for 1 minute
