You have 30 days from the day you receive the item to return it. All items should be returned in the same way it is received with boxes in the same condition. You must return items in packaging, if the original packaging is damaged you may return it in your own bags/boxes but it must be sufficient to protect the goods inside. Returns are paid by the customer. Please allow 48 hours for items to be refunded or exchanged.

Our cut off point is 2pm Monday-Friday, orders that arrive after this point will go out the next working day. We send our UK items with Royal Mail and anticipate 2-5 working days for delivery.
