Ingredients

Active Ingredients: Phenol 1.4%
Inactive Ingredients: Caramel Color; Citric Acid; FD&C Yellow 5; FD&C Yellow 6; Glycerin; Flavors; Saccharin Sodium; Sodium Citrate; Sucralose; Purified Water.
 
Dosage

Directions: Adults and children 6 years of age and older: Apply to the affected are a (one spray). Allow to remain in place for at least 15 seconds, then spit out. Use every 2 hours or as directed by a doctor or dentist. Children under 12 years of age should be supervised in the use of this product. Children under 6 years of age: consult a doctor or dentist. Store at room temperature.
 
Warning

Sore Throat Warning: Severe or persistent sore throat or sore throat accompanied by high fever, headache, nausea, and vomiting may be serious. Consult doctor promptly. Do not use more than 2 days or administer to children under 6 years of age unless directed by a doctor. When using this product do not exceed recommended dosage. Stop use and ask a dentist or doctor if: sore mouth symptoms do not improve in 7 days; irritation, pain or redness persist or worsens; swelling, rash or fever develops. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a doctor before use. Keep out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. Contains FD&C Yellow 5 (Tartrazine) as a color additive.

Returns

Returns made due to Damaged in shipping or defective product or In-correct product shipped from our warehouse:

1) We will send a return label in case of defective or incorrect products shipped.
2) Once we receive the defective shipment, we process and ship out a new order with in 2-3 business days.
3) We will also issue complete refund (product price + shipping cost) in case you don’t want any replacement item.
4) Once a product is returned, refund amount will be credited back to your account within 3 business days.

In case you wish return the shipment from your side:

1) Returned products must be unopened and sealed, unless defective and Refused Shipments.
2) They must be returned within 30 days.
3) We will not charge any restocking fee.
4) We will not refund the shipping charges.
5) Once a product is returned, refund amount will be credited back to your account within 3 bussiness days.
6) After 30 days, no returned products will be credited.
