Wir gewähren Ihnen als Unternehmen/gewerblicher Käufer Garantie auf alle bei uns gekauften Artikel nach Maßgabe der nachfolgenden Bestimmungen. Unternehmer ist eine natürliche oder juristische Person oder eine rechtsfähige Personengesellschaft, die bei Abschluss eines Rechtsgeschäfts in Ausübung ihrer gewerblichen oder selbständigen beruflichen Tätigkeit handelt.
1) Die Garantiezeit beträgt 3 Jahre ab Kaufdatum bei allen neuen und generalüberholten Artikeln. Kaufdatum ist der Tag, an dem der Kaufvertrag verbindlich abgeschlossen wurde. Die Garantie gilt weltweit.
2) Während der Garantiezeit werden Geräte, die aufgrund von Material- und Fabrikationsfehlern Defekte aufweisen, nach unserer Wahl kostenfrei repariert oder ersetzt. Ausgetauschte Geräte oder Teile von Geräten gehen in unser Eigentum über. Die Garantieleistungen bewirken weder eine Verlängerung der Garantiezeit, noch setzen sie eine neue Garantie in Gang.
3) Garantieansprüche müssen unverzüglich nach Kenntniserlangung vom Defekt innerhalb der Garantiezeit geltend gemacht werden.
4) Zur Geltendmachung der Garantie sind folgende Schritte erforderlich: Setzen Sie sich bitte per E-Mail, Fax oder Telefon mit dem Kundendienst unter den unten genannten Kontaktdaten in Verbindung. Wenn der Defekt im Rahmen unserer Garantieleistung liegt, erhalten Sie ein repariertes oder neues Gerät zurück.
5) Im Garantiefall übernehmen wir die vollständigen Versandkosten, soweit der Sitz des Kunden oder eine entsprechende Versandadresse innerhalb der Europäischen Union liegt. Kunden mit einem Sitz außerhalb der Europäischen Union haben die vollständigen Versand- und Transportkosten auf eigene Kosten zu tragen.
6) Garantieansprüche sind ausgeschlossen bei Schäden durch:
- missbräuchliche oder unsachgemäße Behandlung
- Umwelteinflüsse (Feuchtigkeit, Hitze, Überspannung, Staub etc.)
- Nichtbeachtung der für das Gerät geltenden Sicherheitsvorkehrungen
- Nichtbeachtung der Bedienungsanleitung
- Gewaltanwendung (z. B. Schlag, Stoß, Fall)
- Eingriffe, die nicht von der von uns autorisierten Serviceadresse vorgenommen wurden
- eigenmächtige Reparaturversuche
- Einsendung in nicht transportsicherer Verpackung
7) Vom Garantieumfang nicht (oder nicht mehr) erfasste Defekte oder Schäden am Gerät beheben wir gegen Kostenerstattung. Für ein individuelles Angebot wenden Sie sich bitte an unseren Kundendienst. Die Versandkosten gehen in diesem Fall zu Ihren Lasten.
8) Software und Lizenzen sind von der Garantie ausgeschlossen.
9) Sofern nicht gesondert vereinbart, sind Akkus, Batterien sowie Festplatten von der Garantie ausgeschlossen (Ihre gesetzlichen Rechte werden hierdurch aber nicht eingeschränkt).
10) Für den Fall, dass Ihre gekauften Geräte mit der Seriennummer beim Hersteller registriert werden müssen (z.B. bei Wartungs- und Serviceverträgen oder Lizenzaktivierungen) prüfen Sie bitte unmittelbar nach Erhalt der Ware, ob dies ohne Einschränkungen möglich ist. Ansonsten entfallen Ihre Garantieansprüche.

2. Bedeutung der Batteriesymbole
Batterien sind mit dem Symbol einer durchgekreuzten Mülltonne (s. u.) gekennzeichnet. Dieses Symbol weist darauf hin, dass Batterien nicht in den Hausmüll gegeben werden dürfen. Bei Batterien, die mehr als 0,0005 Masseprozent Quecksilber, mehr als 0,002 Masseprozent Cadmium oder mehr als 0,004 Masseprozent Blei enthalten, befindet sich unter dem Mülltonnen-Symbol die chemische Bezeichnung des jeweils eingesetzten Schadstoffes – dabei steht "Cd" für Cadmium, "Pb" steht für Blei, und "Hg" für Quecksilber.
Hinweis zu Elektro- und Elektronik(alt)geräten
Die nachfolgenden Hinweise richten sich an private Haushalte, die Elektro- und/ oder Elektronikgeräte nutzen. Bitte beachten Sie diese wichtigen Hinweise im Interesse einer umweltgerechten Entsorgung von Altgeräten sowie Ihrer eigenen Sicherheit.1. Hinweise zur Entsorgung von Elektro(alt)geräten und zur Bedeutung des Symbols nach Anhang 3 zum ElektroG:
Besitzer von Altgeräten haben diese einer vom unsortierten Siedlungsabfall getrennten Erfassung zuzuführen. Anhand des Symbols nach Anlage 3 zum ElektroG können Besitzer Altgeräte erkennen, die am Ende ihrer Lebensdauer getrennt vom unsortierten Siedlungsabfall zu erfassen sind. Das Symbol für die getrennte Erfassung von Elektro- und Elektronikgeräten stellt eine durchgestrichene Abfalltonne auf Rädern dar und ist wie folgt ausgestaltet:

Besitzer von Altgeräten aus privaten Haushalten können die Altgeräte zudem bei den Sammelstellen der öffentlich-rechtlichen Entsorgungsträger oder bei den von Herstellern oder Vertreibern im Sinne des ElektroG eingerichteten Rücknahmestellen abgeben. 3. Hinweis zum Datenschutz
Auf zu entsorgenden Altgeräten befinden sich teilweise sensible personenbezogene Daten (etwa auf einem PC oder einem Smartphone), die nicht in die Hände Dritter gelangen dürfen.
Wir weisen ausdrücklich darauf hin, dass Endnutzer von Altgeräten eigenverantwortlich für die Löschung personenbezogener Daten auf den zu entsorgenden Altgeräten sorgen müssen.

We guarantee you as a company/commercial buyer a warranty on all items purchased from us in accordance with the following provisions. A commercial customer is the natural or juristic person or a judicable private company which, in concluding a contract, acts in its independent professional or commercial activities..
1) The warranty period is 3 years from the date of purchase for all new and refurbished items. The date of purchase is the day on which the purchase contract was conclusively concluded. The warranty applies worldwide.
2) During the warranty period are devices that have due to material and workmanship defects, repaired or replaced free of charge at our discretion. Exchanged devices or parts of devices become our property. The guarantee does not extend the warranty period nor do they initiate a new warranty in motion.
3) Guarantee claims must be made immediately after becoming aware of the defect within the warranty period are asserted.
4) To exercise the warranty the following steps are required: Please contact us by e-mail, fax or phone with the customer service. If the defect is within the scope of our warranty, you will receive a repaired or new device.
5) In the case of a warranty claim, we will cover the full shipping costs as long as the customer's registered office or a corresponding shipping address is within the European Union. Customers with a registered office outside the European Union have to bear the full shipping and transport costs at their own expense.
6) Warranty claims are excluded for damages caused by:
- Misuse or improper handling
- Environmental conditions (moisture, heat, over voltage, dust, etc.)
- Non-compliance with the applicable safety precautions for the device
- Not following the instructions
- Use of force (eg, shock, impact, case
- Interventions that are not made by the authorized by us service address were
- Unauthorized attempts to repair

10) In the event that your purchased devices have to be registered with the manufacturer with the serial number (e.g. for maintenance and service contracts or license activations), please check immediately after receipt of the goods whether this is possible without restrictions. Otherwise your warranty claims are void.

The following note is intended for those who use batteries or products with built-in batteries and do not resell them in the form supplied to them (end users):1. Free return of used batteries
Batteries must not be disposed of with household waste. You are legally obliged to return used batteries, so that a proper disposal can be guaranteed. You can hand over used batteries at a municipal collection point or at a local retailer. We are also obliged as a distributor of batteries for the return of waste batteries, with our obligation to take back to old batteries of the kind that we have as new batteries in our range or have led. Old batteries of the aforementioned kind can either be returned to us with sufficient prepaid postage or delivered directly to our dispatch warehouse at the address stated in the imprint free of charge.
2. Meaning of battery symbols
Batteries are marked with the symbol of a crossed-out wheelie bin (see below). This symbol indicates that batteries should not be disposed of with household waste. For batteries containing more than 0.0005% by mass of mercury, more than 0.002% by mass of cadmium or more than 0.004% by mass of lead, below the garbage can symbol is the chemical name of the particular pollutant used - where "cd" stands for cadmium, "Pb "stands for lead, and "Hg" for mercury.
Note on electrical and electronic (old) devices
The following notes are intended for private households that use electrical and / or electronic devices. Please note these important instructions in the interest of environmentally sound disposal of old equipment and your own safety.1. Notes on the disposal of electrical (old) appliances and the meaning of the symbol according to Annex 3 of the ElektroG:
Owners of old appliances have to provide them with a separate collection of unsorted municipal waste. WEEE should therefore not be disposed of as unsorted municipal waste and, in particular, should not be disposed of as household waste. Rather, these old devices should be collected separately and disposed of via the local collection and return systems.
Owners of old appliances also have to dispose of used batteries and accumulators that are not enclosed in the old appliance before they are delivered to a collection point. The latter does not apply insofar as the old appliances are separated according to § 14 (5) sentences 2 and 3 ElektroG in the context of the optics of the public waste disposal carriers for the purpose of preparation for reuse of other old equipment in order to prepare them for reuse.
Using the symbol in accordance with Annex 3 to the ElektroG, owners can identify old devices that are to be recorded at the end of their service life separately from unsorted municipal waste. The symbol for separate collection of electrical and electronic equipment represents a crossed-out wheeled bin and is designed as follows:

Owners of old appliances from private households can also dispose of the old appliances at the collection points of the public waste disposal carriers or at the collection points set up by manufacturers or distributors within the meaning of the ElektroG. 3. Privacy statement
On disposable old devices are partially sensitive personal data (such as on a PC or a smartphone), which must not get into the hands of third parties.
