This is a vintage gents hunt whip with a traditional antler handle, furnished with a silver collar and makers pin for:
'Swaine & Adeney'

'Swaine London, known previously as Swaine & Adeney Ltd (1910 - 1943) is one of the oldest names in high-quality canes, whips, umbrellas and military items and has traded in London's St James's for over 270 years.' 

The collar has silver hallmarks for:
'London 1936'

Plaited brown leather shaft with a leather end and replaced plaited leather lash.
