It has an upgraded nozzle compared to the previous LT-80W-AA. The difference of this nozzle is that it has an advanced hydrodynamic design that makes better use of air pressure. When using the same air compressor, the upgraded version has a faster jet airflow.

 

2.With the air asssit nozzle

The laser head comes with a specially designed air assist nozzle. When cutting with this laser head, the air assit system will blow air through the air nozzle. That will bring you excellent cutting experience and greatly reduce burned marks.

3. Remarkable cutting ability

Cutting 8mm bass plywood ,120mm/min ,one pass.

Cutting 5mm bass plywood, 50mm/min, one pass.

Cutting 5mm MDF by 2 passes, 150mm/min , 2 passes.

 

4.With the laser protective cover

Comes with a removable protective cover. Whether engraving or cutting, use this shield to filter blue light and work without laser glasses, convenient and fast. It's also easy to remove if you don't need it.

 

5. Widely Compatible Design

LT-80W-AA-Pro laser module can be installed on Z*aitu,O*tur,Tw* Trees,S*ulpful9, Xtool, A*omstack and other models of DIY laser engraving machines.

FAQ:


1.Is the laser head compatible with the machine?

Please check whether the laser module is compatible with your engraving

A. Check the voltage parameter of your engraving machine.(12V or 24V. Then please select the module corresponding to the voltage parameter)

B. Check the pin definition of the main board on your engraving machine.(XH-2.54 3PIN connector -PWM, GND, VCC +12V)

■“A"&"B"are both compatible.
Connect the laser module to the main board of your engraving machine directly.

■Control board pin definition is not matched.
Situation

1>: The definition of connector on the engraving machine main board is not with the pin definition on the main board.
Please rearrange the wire sequence of the cable to make each wire is well matched
Situation

2.>: Please use P-DA-01 if the main board of your engraving machine is not 3pin, such as 2pin or 4pin（Please select LT-80W-AA-Pro-KIT)


2.Why does the title say 80W, but the actual power is 10W?

For a laser head, beam size is a very important parameter which is more important than power when you make cutting and engraving
In order to win the market, we must use the best diode to make our module, Dual-LDs with beam compressed technology
Optical power 10W, the key perfermance of this laser head is its small beam size, please focus on the effect of the laser head, not only power, so you can understand the 80W as it’s effect laser power


3.Are CNC machines compatible with laser heads?

CNC MACH3: Adapter Board P-DA-01 is required;

CNC Shield V3: Adapter Board P-DA-01 is required;

CNC 3018 Pro: Cable sequence change is required.

    Cutting Material Types：
    all kinds of wood (including walnut, cherry wood and other high-density wood), MDF, black acrylic board, cardboard, bamboo chips, leather, some plastic boards, fiberglass board.

    Engraving Material Types：
    all kinds of wood (including walnut, cherry wood and other high-density wood), MDF, bamboo, cardboard, plastic, leather, fiberglass board, aluminum oxide, stainless steel(non-specular surface), ceramics, dark stone.

    Additional Notes：
    1. Materials that are not easily oxidized/decomposed/melted at high temperatures cannot be engraved/cut;
    2. All transparent materials cannot be engraved/cut, and white/blue/purple materials cannot be directly carved/cut except for materials such as wood, cloth, paper, and leather;
    3. Unoxidized aluminum, silver color alumina, copper, silver and gold cannot be engraved;
    4. The electroplating material needs to determine the coating composition first;
    5. All metals cannot be cut.
