This is a T20 Torx screwdriver with the anti-tamper hole.  

A T20 Torx star with the anti-tamper tip, a hard plastic handle and a 100mm shaft, this has many applications, certainly with domestic appliances and electronics. 

It's one of those obscure screwdrivers that you don't know you need until you need it, and when you need it you won't have one. I guess if you're reading this you need one.
