Lanolips is an Australian skincare company founded in 2009 by Kirsten Carriol. The brand uses lanolin, a naturally-occurring wax on sheep's wool, in its products.
Lanolips' signature product is the 101 Ointment, which is made with ultra-pure lanolin. The ointment is free from harmful chemicals such as petrolatum, parabens, artificial fragrance, mineral oil, sulfates, PEG's, phthalates, and animal cruelty.
Lanolips products are often a safe skincare choice for everyone because they're all-natural and especially refined to do the most good. Lanolin can hold up to 400% of its weight in moisture while still being semi-occlusive, which allows your lips to breathe. Unlike petroleum jelly which sits on top of your lips, lanolin moisturizes and protects the skin without trapping in other toxins.
Lanolips products are suitable for use on lips, cuticles, brittle nails, cracked heels, windburn, insect bites, and nasal passages.
