Method Of Preparation :

 

Oats 1/2 cup (35g),Non Fat Milk 1 1/2 cup (240ml) 

 

1, Add 1/2 cup or (35g) NUTRILINES OATS into cooking vessel.

 

2, Pour 1 1/2 cups (240ml) of non fat milk into the vessel.

 

3, cook for 3 Minutes on Medium Mail.

 

4, Serve hot

 

2nd Recipe

 

1,Add Oats, Non Fat Milk in a microwaveable bowl.(microwave for 90 seconds on full power)

 

2,Remove,stir and microwave again for another 30 seconds on full power

 

3,Allow to cool for a minute. add more milk or water if required.
