RETURNS
Due to hygiene reasons we can not accept returns that have already been opened.
In the event of a package being damaged while in transit photographic evidence is required. This is usually sought from the tracking photo supplied by the carrier. Though you may wish to support this with your own photos.
We will, at our discretion and consulting with you, either dispatch a replacement item or offer a refund, either partial or full.
If you are required to return your item this is at your expense.
FEEDBACK
We, of course, value your feedback. We love to read the good comments that is left and it makes our work more worthwhile. But to gain good feedback we need to give good service. Ultimately, that is where our aims lie.
If we are doing something right it is lovely to know and to feel that appreciation.
But if we do something wrong please contact us before leaving negative comments so that we can do our best to make amends.
We value your custom and we value, even more, your repeat custom and we thank you for buying our sweets !
