Once your E-check payment is cleared, your item will be dispatched within 1-3 working days.

   Under warranty, we could provide parts for customers to exchange, but please kindly noted that buyer needs to return the old parts to us and pay shipping fee in both ways( posting the new and old parts)Return shipping postage is to be paid by the Buyer.We will refund or replace, upon receipt of the item in its original condition anda packaging with all components and accessories included.
2. Products with quality problem in 30 Days can be returned and replaced.
   Please keep the original package after you purchase and we'll appreciate it if you send the item back with the original package ,and write your ebay ID on it, provide tracking number to us.
3. If you receive a broken item or missing part, please keep the original package and email the photos and your phone number to us within 5 days.

If you make a mistake in purchasing, please purchase the label yourself and return it.
