RETURN & REFUND POLICY

• We offer a 30 days return policy; if you would like to return an item within this period, please contact us .
• Please erase/remove all data; including any accounts, passwords, pins, patterns locks, Google accounts and iClouds. We will be unable to process your return if we receive a device which is locked with your email ,password and lock.
• The item must also be returned in the same condition as it was delivered, we will not be able to issue refunds on any damaged returns Return costs must be provided by the buyer, unless the item is faulty or outside the free return policy.

WARRANTY After 30 days you will only be covered under our 12-month warranty if any manufacturer defects arise.

• Accidental and water damages are not covered i.e.; smashed screen! display
• Phones that have been returned to us for a fault covered under the warranty but arrive back to us with a self inflicted damaged screen or camera lens will void the warranty and will be sent back to the customer. Any unauthorized attempts to repair the device will result in voiding the warranty.
• After 30 days, we offer a repair to all customers; If a handset is returned for a repair but is deemed as uneconomical to repair, a replacement handset will be issued.
• Battery related issues that occur are only covered for 3 months of the warranty period.

SHIPPING Delivery will be to the address specified in Your Order only in the UK mainland. We offer a variety of delivery options but We shall have no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the Product, if the delay or failure is wholly or partially caused by circumstances beyond Our control.

• £6.99 for Royal Mail Special Delivery (Guaranteed Next Day Delivery)
• When placing an Order, please bear in mind, we are unable to deliver on Public or Bank Holidays and Orders placed on those days, or at busy periods may take longer to deliver.

• ALL deliveries will be made between 08:00 and 17:00 Monday-Friday (excluding Public/Bank Holidays). Deliveries to The Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland may take up to two working days longer. We ship every day Monday - Friday.
