We prefer PayPal Payments.

After you have won the auction or used the BUY NOW option, an instruction email will be sent to your eBay registered email address. After "Checkout Complete" you will be re-directed to PayPal to pay for the item.

NB. All Payments must be received within 48 hours of Purchase.

Delivery & Tracking

Dispatch:
We will normally dispatch your order within 24 hours (Mon - Fri) unless noted otherwise in handling time from our Sydney warehouse. 

Goods normally take between 2-10 days, but please allow up to 14 days especially in remote locations.

If you will be unavailable during business hours, please consider having your order sent via a work address, neighbor or relative

Tracking & Receipt:

 Your Delivery Notification will be forwarded to you via email with the appropriate Carrier &Tracking Number 

 You should be able to track your order on their website, but please note often tracking information is not updated until the parcel reaches significant distribution centres so you may not see any updates for several days.

IN-TRANSIT

Once a shipment leaves us it is in the hands of the shipping company. Very occasionally, and sometimes out of the control of anyone, shipments may get delayed. Workshop Supplies Online accepts no responsibility for these delays and the impact they may have. We are always happy to assist you in finding out when your shipment will arrive, though you understand that once a parcel leaves us it is out of our control.

 In situations where delays occur, we hope you understand that this is no fault of ours and we request that you still give us good feedback.

Refunds:

Please choose carefully. 

We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind. We will exchange or refund where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn't do what it is supposed to do.
