Beautiful Baja California Native American Indian / Diegueno Mission Basket. Brand New handmade bowl-shaped basket from master weaver Beatrice Carrillo of the Kumeyaay / Kumiai Tribe in San Jose de la Zorra, Baja Mexico. Purchased directly from Beatrice in OCT 2022. Made of coiled Juncus around Deer Grass. Fine weave with about 18 skinny stitches per inch.
