obsolete stock if not needed. Many laptops are bought brand new if there may be an ongoing stock delay.

parts are a customer returned laptop within 30 or 90 days and then
stripped by them and kept for warranty spares. All parts are fully
tested by them before being sent to us to resell as they do not wish for
an ebay presence and so forth.
All our stock is handled correctly in an ESD environment and packed in ESD packing where needed.
