The LED tray lights should be green when a HDD is in the NAS. The LED tray lights do not light up when there is a Hard Drive in the tray, however they are recognized by the NAS and fully works as normal.
There is a slight dent at the back of the NAs as shown in the photo.
Also, one of the racking holes on the side is slightly bent.
