What is a PRE-ORDER / PRE-SALE?
A PRE-ORDER / PRE-SALE will be noted as such as the first words in the title and in the description.

- verb: pre-order - order (an item of merchandise) before it is available, with the understanding that it will be shipped later.
- noun: pre-order an order for an item that has not yet been made commercially available.
DO NOT place an order for a PRE-ORDER / PRE-SALE item to later attempt to cancel the order. We will NOT cancel it. The item is being ordered for you and takes away from someone who would have liked to get the item that was set aside for you. If a cancellation is granted you WILL be charged the maximum amount in fees and S&H as noted below in the terms of this sale.

PACKAGING
COLOR(S)
- Colors will vary from those shown on the page and packaging due to lighting, application, usage, dyes, materials, and monitor settings.
- Colors will be described as close as possible, but in most cases will be described as a generic color and hue will vary.
IMAGE SCAN
- Our images are stock images taken from our scanner or various databases. They are a representation of the actual card you would receive.
- In a case of a wrong, missing or defective photo please notify us so we may make the necessary changes.
TRADING CARD CONDITION
- We are NOT Professional Card Graders.
- Cards are not graded unless stated or displayed as such.
- All Trading Cards are considered Near Mint or NM or better unless otherwise noted.
- 99% of trading cards are/were fresh pulls from packs, inserted into a sleeve, then stored in a cardboard trading card storage box.
GRADES
MINT or MT:
A MINT card will be a nearly perfect card that looks as clean and sharp as the day it was printed. There will be no surface flaws, bends, creases or stains on the front or the back. The picture will be centered within the borders with a ratio of 55/45 or better all-around and the corners and edges will be sharp and clean like a new business card.
Near Mint to Mint or NM/MT:
A NM/MT card will appear as a MINT card to the naked eye, but may have a little lesser centering and a light touch of wear that may be visible on a corner upon close examination. A NM/MT card should have no surface flaws, bends, creases or stains on the front or back. Centering must be no worse than 60/40 all around.
Near Mint or NM:
A NM card will look virtually new at first glance. However, upon closer examination, there may be slight fuzziness to the corners, minor color or print imperfections and the centering must still be 65/35 or better all around.
Excellent to Mint or EX/MT:
A more common ?higher? grade for vintage cards, an EX/MT card may have slightly fuzzy corners, color or print imperfections, a slightly skewed cut or slightly out-of-focus image. Centering must be 70/30 or better all around.
Excellent or EX:
This is a more common grade for vintage cards. The corners may exhibit the beginnings of rounding from light wear. Surface gloss may begin to be affected. Cards should still exhibit at least 75/25 or better centering.
Very Good to Excellent or VG/EX:
Corners on a VG/EX card will show wear and may have light creasing near the edge. Centering must be 80/20 or better. A light wrinkle or minor crease may be evident on the reverse of the card. More serious print issues and cards with wax stains will also fall into the VG/EX grade.
Very Good or VG:
Very Good cards will exhibit moderate wear and the corners may be more rounded rather than square. Cards with a strong wrinkle or crease will usually grade VG regardless of their other characteristics. Likewise, this is typically the highest grade any card with a stain will receive.
Good or GD:
A GD card will typically have very significant wear with rounded corners, multiple creases, very light tear at the edges or tape residue on the reverse. Any crease that cracks the surface (front or back) will generally not grade higher than GD.
Poor or PR:
A PR card will have significant problems, including ink or pencil marks, paper loss, creases, staining, heavy wear, pin or tack holes, tape or minor tears to the card. A card with tape or a pin or tack hole may present in any of the grades above, but the flaw will limit it to a grade of PR.

- We cannot guarantee the condition of the cards inside a factory sealed packs, boxes, or cases.
- In the event of a damaged card or cards, the manufacturer of the card(s) must be contacted for a replacement.
- No minimum value, card, or cards are guaranteed.
PRE-ORDER / PRE-SALE (DUE DATE)
- PRE-ORDER / PRE-SALE items are NOT in stock.
- DUE DATE is NOT guaranteed they are estimates of when stock may be received and will always be subject to change anytime.

UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
- Retain the original shipping box for return, avoid damaging it or using damaged packing that will further damage the return.
- If you receive a wrong item, contact us via email.
- In the email it must include photos of the item, UPC, MPN, and the remaining sides of item received to compare to listing and invoicing.
- Returning an altered or damaged item will reduce your refund if any.
ORDER DAMAGE
ORDER RECEIVED DAMAGE
- Retain the original shipping box for return damaging it or using damaged packing that will further damage the return.
- If your order was delivered via standard carrier and you received a damaged item contact us via email immediately.
- Forward photos of the items shipping packaging (shipping box exterior showing damage), Item packaging (item package exterior damage), damage to the item, the UPC on the item, the MPN on the item, and the remaining sides of item received.
- We must be notified within 24 hours upon receipt of any damage or any manufacturer?s defect(s) to the item(s) so we may submit a claim as quickly as possible (FREIGHT ITEMS EXCLUDED see below).
- Failure to notify us in a timely manner will only further delay the claim.
- We WILL NOT be able to accept returns for a refund if a claim is not filed properly.
- DO NOT repair item(s) without authorization. We WILL NOT accept any item back if it is repaired or alter in any way.
- We WILL NOT accept any item back if it comes back to us without its original box, packing, documentation, or damaged packaging.
- If your order is delivered via a freight carrier, inspect the items before signing the Bill of Lading (the driver's receipt of delivery to you). If the Bill of Lading is signed stating the items were received in good condition, we will NOT accept any claims of damage or missing items.
BACKORDER
- All items are in stock at the time of the listing; however, in the unlikely and unforeseen event that we are unable to fulfill your order through any of our network of warehouses, we will notify you as quickly as possible and offer you a 100% refund on your purchase.
- We will continue to monitor suppliers and update you with items status.
ORDER CANCELLATION
- We are typically unable to honor cancellation requests once payment is in process.

- All approved returns must include a copy of the original order confirmation, and return packing slip, with our RMA paperwork as proof of purchase for return.
- The Buyer will pay for both our original and return shipping cost to our warehouse.
- Returns received at our warehouse without an RA number will be assessed as a 15% processing fee plus the original cost of S&H that will be deducted from any credit due.

FRAUDULENT RETURNS
Return fraud is defined as a customer (or buyer, in terms) misusing or taking advantage of a sellers or platforms return policy. By doing so, they are defrauding the seller.
- We report every buyer who violates and or abuses buyer, seller protection, and return policies.
- Violators are reported to ALL applicable Marketplace Facilitators and Online Databases

EXCHANGE
- We're sorry, but we no longer honor product exchange requests as the platform no longer supports nor honors them through claims.
