We hope there is no inconvenience and you love the product, but if that is not the case please do not worry, we are always here to help and can issue a refund in the 30 days return time frame you have from the day of delivery. Please also make sure item is in same condition as to when received unless something else is the issue, and item is securely packed when returned.

We will recall the item back free of charge and once received, it should take 1-3 working days, and we will post back the item in working condition.

Hardware only - no accidental or water damage - battery warranty only 30 days.
