Items are sent via post office or various courier services, depending on size of item. We only used tracked services and tracking numbers will be uploaded onto eBay. All orders will be accompanied with a full VAT invoice.

Postage costs are for mainland UK only (England, Wales and South Scotland). Additional charges will be incurred for postcodes outside of mainland UK, which include BT, PA, KW, IV, HS, AB, IM, ZE, GY, JE, DD, PH, KA, PO. So please contact us first for a revised price before purchasing.

Please inspect item before signing for on delivery. If item looks damaged sign for it as damaged, or refuse to sign for it, and we must be notified within 24 hours.

We take great care when packing and posting our items, but sometimes couriers may damage the item, so please inspect item before signing for on delivery. If parts are returned because the buyer has purchased the wrong part, or no longer needs the item etc, refund will be subject to delivery costs and in some cases handling fees (up to 20%). The buyer is responsible for all delivery costs.

As is the unpredictable nature of used car parts, sometimes they may become faulty, even after testing. This is why we offer a 3 months guarantee with all our items. If an item becomes faulty within that 3 month period, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will look to replace the item, where possible, or offer a full refund. Guarantee does not cover Labour
