About: This Downstem Cleaning Tube Set makes light of bringing your dirty downstem back to its original sanitary state. Featuring a 19mm ground-joint, this will house MOST 19/19mm and 19/14mm downstems. The inside length is over 7.5", accommodating the most commonly used length of Downstems; according to the industry standard for measuring Downstems (see gallery images for illustration). The base of the Tube is blown out for standing stability. Included are a 14mm Glass Plug & 19mm Glass Plug, so you can plug both a 19/19mm or 19/14mm Downstem. Also included, are a 14mm Keck Clip & 19mm Keck Clip, to (optionally) secure parts. Keck Clip colors may/not be the same as pictured.

Scope of Delivery:

 - 1x 19mm Glass Cleaning Tube

 - 2x Glass Plug (14mm & 19mm)

 - 2x Keck Clip (14mm & 19mm)

Instructions: Toss in a few (optional) pinches of salt + 70%+ ISO. Install Downstem. Plug the accessory joint on the downstem, with included Glass Plug. Snap on Keck Clip, if needed, and CAREFULLY shake Tube. Be sure to shake Tube with the same motion you would if you were to pound on someone's front door, with the pinky side of your fist. DON'T USE A "TWIST" motion, as if you're opening a standard doorknob. The "twist" motion will put a lot of stress on small parts of glass. "Twist" agitation will damage the Tube &/or your Downstem. Stubborn/heavily-soiled Downstems may need to soak for a few hours. Even if the "gunk" is not submerged in solution, letting it sit will expose it to the fumes/vapors of the solution, eventually breaking down.
