Firenze Italy Figural Lion's Head Floral Porcelain Inkwell Lord & Taylor, Gold Blue.  Measures approx 7 1/2" from top of head across approx 3 1/4" high from base to top of cover finial.  in excellent condition with no damage.  There is an area on the back with what appears to be an extra layering of porcelain which may give the impression of a faint hairline.  I checked closely under a strong magnifing glasss and it is not a hairline
