    On September 24, 2019 Apple published a support article stating that iPhone 11, 11 Pro and 11 Pro Max devices may display an alert on devices that have been repaired with third-party repair business.

     

    IPhone 11 models and later, excluding iPhone SE (2nd and 3rd generation), using iOS 15.2 and later.

    Here is a breakdown of when and where this alert will be shown on your phone:

      Touch and Glass Panel Repair

      We will professionally remove the cracked glass/digitizer layer of your display, replace it with high quality glass/digitizer, and then seal it with factory OCA. 

      After the glass replacement, your device will be returned back to you with a brand-new front glass installed on it. The functions of your device will be the same as before.

      NOTE:

      If the screen/LCD already has backlight/white spots/color spots issues, replacing the glass/digitizer will NOT make those issues disappear.

       

      How it works

      You ship your device to us. Once we receive your device, we will test and do the repair right away. Your device will be shipped back to you within 1 to 3 business days (Monday-Friday).

       

      • *If there are any delays on the delivery, you will be immediately notified by eBay message/Email/Phone number.

      ** We only cover the return shipping cost after repair (PRIORITY USPS) **

      • Make sure there are no ink leaks or vertical lines on your LCD/Display.
      • Remove ALL accessories, to prevent them from being lost.
      • Turn off the device.
      • Please remove or provide your passcode/password (write/draw your password in a paper and put it in the package).   Write your eBay name, your return address & your contact info (cell phone number preferred) On the same note.
      • Please protect your device carefully with bubble bags/wraps if available.

      Repair Policy:

      Repair Delays: If a delay is present, we will notify you as soon as possible.

      Canceling an Order: Orders canceled in advance are 100% refundable.

      Sent my device but need to cancel my order:  Shipping fee deducted from the refund.

       

      IF* your iPhone is extremely shattered, too much frame damage, or previously refurbished it will be considered High Risk (Possible display/LCD Damage) we will notify you and wait for your approval to proceed with the repair.

       

      Data (optional)

      Please perform a full data backup of your device. While this service does not affect your data in any way, occasionally issues out of our control can occur. We will not be responsible for any data loss whatsoever.

       

      Bent / Damaged Corners

      Usually, it is not a problem to repair a Device with bent corners or bent housing. We will try our best to bend it back to allow the screen to fit in correctly but please do not expect the corners/housing to look "like new" (Damaged metal cannot be fixed). If damage is severe, replacing the housing might be necessary.

       

      Testing of Device

      We are unable to test the device if it is password protected. Therefore, we highly recommend customers to remove the password before shipping the device or provide the password in the same slip packaged inside with your devices so that we are able to test the basic functions of the device before and after repair. We can only warranty the part/s replaced. If the password is not privided functions we cannot test like sound, camera/s, finger/face ID futures are not cover under warranty. However, it is not a requirement to provide the password. 

       

      Privacy Concerns:

      Your privacy is important to us. We have a strict privacy store policy. As part of the process of requesting a repair, we may ask you to provide us with certain personal information like name, last name, phone number, address and password. This information is only use for warranty and shipping purposes. Password is only use to function test your device.

       

      Face ID/Touch ID:

      If your Face ID is already damaged before repair, we are not responsible for it.

      If we cannot test the Face/Touch ID function, we are responsible for it.

      Face ID could be repairable depending on the damage.

      If your Device has shattered glass exposing the front camera/sensors and/or bent frame close to or around the Face ID/Home Button area, is considered high risk for the Face ID and Touch ID (fingerprint) function. This means it may have possible Face ID/Touch ID failure. We will notify customer before we proceed with the repair.


      Warranty Policy:

      90 Days warranty

      This screen repair warranty is valid for 90 days after the repair date.

      This is Glass/Digitizer Replacement Service so we can only offer warranty for the functions of the screen (Touch function and Display).

      This warranty does not cover:

      -      New physical damages once in owner’s possession, such as: cracks, scratches, or any physical damage/abuse.

      -      Device has Liquid-damage before or after being repaired.

      -      Device has motherboard issues.

      -      IF the Device has been repaired by any other Company other than Cell Phone Repair. (OLEDSWAPINC) will void the warranty provided.


      Other issues:

      As we mentioned in the warranty policy, this service is Glass/Digitizer Replacement for iPhone so we can only offer warranty for the functions of the screen (Touch functions and Display).

      If there are any other additional problems with the device before the repair, we could not offer any warranty for it.

       If you also want to fix any other additinal issue/s please let us know in advance. We will inspect it, provide a repair quote and repair ONLY what has been APPROVED by you.
