Research shows the humble nose holds the key to a good night’s sleep. The ability to breathe freely through the nose during sleep, rather than the mouth, is essential to optimising our sleep, as well as our long term health. A simple but effective first line of defence, Mute sits comfortably inside the nose increasing airflow to improve breathing.

How to use

ž   STEP 1: Hold the bridge with the loops facing toward you and the paddles away from you.

ž   STEP 2: Gently place the loops in first and tilt the bridge upwards towards the tip of your nose as you insert it. Mute has been designed to follow the natural angle inside the nose.

ž   STEP 3: Mute should sit all the way inside the nose with only the bridge showing and spanning across the top of the nostrils. If Mute is hanging out then it may be too big for your nose.

ž   ADJUST: If Mute feels loose or you want greater airflow, expand the loops by gently clicking the paddles outwards. You can adjust each side separately to achieve the best fit.

Cautions

Important: The Mute snoring nasal device is not for the treatment of sleep apnea. If you think that your snoring may be a symptom of sleep apnea, you should consult your healthcare practitioner.
